As of Sept. 1, the Buff OneCard ID is to be used as a transit pass for all enrolled CU students and benefited employees. CU is no longer issuing CollegePasses or EcoPasses.

I Love Mondays is a weekly event hosted by the Center for Student Involvement that creates a space for students to connect with one another, learn about different organizations and events on campus, and relieve some of the Monday blues. Each Monday, we will highlight different campus departments, student organizations and events to help you become more connected to CU Boulder. I Love Mondays are typically held in the UMC North Dining Area from 2 to 3 p.m. Semester programs include bagel bar, root beer floats, hot cocoa bar and more!

Join Health Promotions for health and wellness activities Tuesdays throughout the semester. Programs this semester include party smart, self-care kits and more. Activities are free and open to all students!

Take time out of your week to relax and craft with your peers. DIY Nights are a great way to engage with others while participating in a number of craft projects. Projects offered this semester include friendship bracelet, pom pom rugs, indoor hanging plants, woodburning and more! Each event is limited to the first 30 CU Boulder students who register.

Practice self-care, learn about campus resources and build community. All activities are free and open to students and grad students!

The Buffalo Nites late-night program series offers fun, entertaining, and engaging events for free to all students! This semester's programs include guided painting, salsa dancing, and a flick and float!

The Connection hosts several regular events throughout the semester including extreme bowling, poker, ping pong, live music, trivia and more!

The CU Outdoor Pursuits offers a wide variety of climbing related courses for our climbing gym members. Take advantage of these great courses that will get you ready for any outdoor climbing adventure. Also join us for special nights including novice night, game night, glow climbing and more.

Join the Pride Office for a welcome-back picnic! LGBTQ+ students, staff and faculty are welcome to come play games and meet new friends. You can also learn about the events planned for this semester and where to find support resources. If you want find community, this is a great place to start! Free food, games, and music.

Looking for an on-campus job? Come to this event to meet campus employers, explore opportunities, and learn how to apply! Hourly and work-study positions available. Open to all current undergraduate and graduate students.

Interested in meal prepping but not sure where to start? Join the Basic Needs Center to learn tips on how to build a healthy and thoughtful meal plan for the week.

Community members and students that are currently living on or considering a future home on the Hill are welcome to come to a free block party Sept. 7, 5 to 8 p.m. off 13th and Pennsylvania on the commercial district of the University Hill neighborhood. Come mingle with neighbors, explore the businesses on the Hill and feel just how loved this neighborhood is by long term locals, new students and anyone who visits this historic Boulder gem!

Community members and students that are currently living on or considering a future home in the Goss Grove neighborhood are welcome to come to a free block party Sept. 8, 5 to 8 p.m. Come out to meet your neighbors and have fun playing games and enjoying free food.

Have you ever wanted to know more about the many different plant species living around us? Join us on a beautiful hike and dive into some identification techniques and potential uses for native Colorado flora! Program fee payment and registration required for participation in the program. The mobile food pantry is free and open to CU Boulder students, faculty, and staff as well as community members of Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Attendees will receive up to 30 pounds of food in multiple boxes. Food will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis, while supplies last.

Community members and students that are currently living in or considering a future home in the East Aurora neighborhood are welcome to come to a free block party Sept. 14, 5 to 8 p.m. at Arrowwood Park! At this quaint tucked away park in the East Aurora neighborhood, we will have free food, games, crafts and more! Come out to mingle with your neighbors and learn more about the Off Campus Housing & Neighborhood Relations office!

We will visit pollinator gardens, bike stations, solar panels and more. On this tour you will see for yourself how we lead on sustainability at CU Boulder. Be prepared to explore all over campus and get to know it better in the process.  Registration requested.

Community members and students that are currently living in or considering a future home in the Martin Acres neighborhood are welcome to come to a free block party Sept. 15 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Martin Park! Come out to mingle with neighbors with some free food, games and more!

Enjoy a two-day, one night backpacking excursion with us in the Colorado backcountry! This course will help prepare you to go on your own backpacking trips, but no experience is necessary. You will learn how to properly pack, set up camp, navigate using a map and compass, cook, plan a menu and more! Registration required by Sept. 14.

The third annual Culture Crawl is your opportunity to explore everything CU Boulder arts and culture. It's a fun and free event open to all.

Join the Dennis Small Cultural Center to celebrate Latinx Heritage Month with a cup of elote preparado (prepared corn). The DSCC works to be a safe space for students and provide cultural and social justice-oriented events and programs.

This monthly gathering offers leadership and community-building opportunities to students identifying as women of color working their way through a predominantly white university. A festival of literature from all over the world, JLF at Colorado is an event unlike any other. Free and accessible to everyone, the Festival invites you to join us in examining the human experience through the reflections and imaginations of distinguished contemporary authors from across the globe. The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA), in partnership with the GradCO alliance, invites postdocs and graduate students across the state to learn about the process for successful proposal development. The workshop will focus on best practices for writing a quality grant proposal for potential funders.

CU in the Community is a series of one-time, student-led volunteer projects offered each semester in collaboration with local nonprofit organizations. All students are invited to participate in any and all volunteer projects to gain understanding of social and environmental issues, engage in direct service, reflect on their impact and learn about continued engagement in communities. Semester projects include: Ralphie's Green Stampeded, Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center clean-up, Boulder Creek clean-up and more.
