Join our Pre-Completion Optional Practical Training (OPT) workhops for students with F-1 visa status to learn more about pre-completion OPT, including eligibility requirements, the application process,  options for your pre-completion OPT work authorization dates and more.

While on OPT, SEVIS reporting is required in order to maintain your F-1 status. This ISSS workshop is meant to help students authorized for OPT better understand their OPT reporting responsibilities.

Join our OPT STEM Extension workshop to learn more about the OPT STEM Extension eligibility requirements; the application timeline and process; what to expect after you have submitted your OPT STEM Extension application to USCIS; and the OPT STEM Extension reporting requirements.

Free and open to everyone, Ralphie’s Corral is the one place to see everyone’s favorite buffalo up close on gameday, so be sure to stop by early for a photo op! The CU Marching Band and Spirit Teams perform during the festivities on the lawn south of the Duane Physics building. There’s music, photo ops with Chip, fun games for kids and premium giveaways, including CU Nike gear, too. Concession-style food and drinks are available for purchase.

Please join Leslie Blood, PhD, director of graduate community and program development, for this two-part alignment series which will include discussions about values, motivation, drive and accountability.

Mental Health First Aiders learn a five-step strategy to assess and support someone in crisis. Participants are introduced to risk factors and warning signs, engage in experiential activities and learn about evidence-supported treatment and self-help strategies.

This event will be livestreamed by CU Boulder.

I Love Mondays is a weekly event hosted by the Center for Student Involvement that creates a space for students to connect with one another, learn about different organizations and events on campus, and relieve some of the Monday blues.

Come learn, connect with others and eat yummy local food (bring a reusable container to take home extras!). Together, we will learn how to personalize and prolong the life of our clothing and the importance of wearing more layers inside and turning down the heat.

A mobile food pantry will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. on the UMC South Terrace Plaza. Attendees will receive up to 30 pounds of food in multiple boxes. The mobile food pantry is free and open to CU Boulder students, faculty and staff as well as community members of Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Food will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
