L learn how to define and leverage your allyship, and walk away with a template to help guide your learning and steps for action. This workshop is intended for anyone on campus who is interested in how to become an ally, including faculty, staff, or students. 

Tired of eating ramen or want to learn how to cook in the backcountry using stoves, fires and more? This clinic will cover basic stove and fire cooking techniques while giving you first-hand experience cooking some of our favorite recipes. The best part: you get to eat what you prepare!

Join your fellow students to learn basic cooking techniques! All materials provided. Sign-up is required. Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times when in the kitchen.

Join Off-Campus Housing & Neighborhood Relations at Beach Park for a film, food and fire pits! We will be watching Shrek starting at 6 p.m. All students, faculty, staff and community members are welcome. No registration is required. 

Community acupuncture is practiced in a group, rather than a one-on-one, setting. During this session, participants will be treated through auricular (ear) acupuncture. Participants can choose between traditional needles or ear seeds. 

A mobile food pantry will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. at St Aidan’s Episcopal Church. The mobile food pantry is free and open to CU Boulder students, faculty and staff as well as community members of Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Food will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
