Doctoral students must complete the PhD dissertation defense or final examination by July 25. Notice of the examination must be provided to the Graduate School using the doctoral final examination form two weeks before the exam.

Stacy Gerberich, CAPS embedded therapist for the Graduate School, will be taking over the last four weeks of summer seminar to teach intentional wellness practices that will help build a strong foundation so that you can continue to show up, do the work and thrive, even when life throws curveballs. This seminar will address the basics, do the groundwork and figure out the perfect wellness habits for you to carry into Fall of 2023.

All classes will be held in the Mind Body Studio. No previous experience necessary, classes are in all levels yoga format. Registration required.

A mobile food pantry will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. at UMC South Terrace Plaza. The mobile food pantry is free and open to CU Boulder students, faculty and staff as well as community members of Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Food will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

This training for CU Boulder faculty and staff – co-presented by CISC and our faculty allies – is intended to help campus better support undocumented students and create a more welcoming campus environment. Registration required by noon July 18.

Join us to learn common signs of burnout and compassion fatigue, including compassion vulnerability factors. This workshop will introduce tools to support compassion fatigue resiliency. Free to Faculty/Staff.

What is perfectionism and what contributes to it? Join Stacy Gerberich to learn more about perfectionism and how it can hinder your productivity as a graduate student. This workshop will also discuss ways to change this type of thinking and improve your academic success and overall wellness. Open to all graduate students and postdocs. Lunch will be provided to those that RSVP by July 27.
