USCIS announces inflation adjustment to premium processing fees
Effective Feb. 26, 2024, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) filing fee for the Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, will increase.
- Impacted forms: Form I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization), Form I-539 (Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status), Form I-129 (Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker), and Form I-140 (Immigration Petition for Allien Worker).

If USCIS receives a Form I-907 postmarked on or after Feb. 26, 2024 with the incorrect filing fee, the Form I-907 will be rejected and the filing fee will be returned. For filings sent by commercial courier (such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL), the postmark date is the date reflected on the courier receipt.
