Kelsey is the employee development manager for Infrastructure & Sustainability (I&S), and has many years of experience providing outstanding programs for both managers and employees. Kelsey is passionate about creating a welcoming and engaging workplace, where all staff within I&S, and indeed the entire campus, be provided the opportunity to learn and develop their careers at CU. Kelsey’s strength comes through his unique ability to use his prior experiences to understand the knowledge and skills staff need to increase their performance and productivity. He then designs and delivers programs in a way that excites and motivates staff. He holds a BS in Healthcare Administration, and a MS in Organizational Leadership, both from Colorado State University-Global Campus.
