Two multifunction photocopiers on 1st floor of SEEC
Multifunction photocopiers are located at the north and south ends of the SEEC building's first floor. Both machines can print, copy, and scan in black and white or color. (By default, graduate students do not have color copies enabled.) INSTAARs have been assigned logins on these machines. If you are affiliated with INSTAAR but don't have an employee ID number, or if you believe you should be in the system but are unable to login, please contact instaarit@colorado.edu.
The machines are located at
- SEEC North 1: first floor, kitchen area, room N138B
- SEEC South 1: first floor, room S139B
SEEC South 2 has been moved to the first floor and is now the "new" SEEC South 1. If you were using SEEC South 1, you should be able to continue printing like normal. But if you get failed prints, let instaarit@colorado.edu know; your Employee ID is most likely not in the copier and will need to be entered for your account to work again.
If you were using SEEC South 2, you will need to make some changes to your printer depending on what OS you are using. For Windows, there is a 'simple' way to change the Port setting on your current printer which will then make it 'just work', please contact instaarit@colorado.edu for help. If you are using macOS, you'll need to remove the SEEC South 2 printer and re-add SEEC South 1, you can follow the setup instructions that are linked below (PDF) and just start on PART 1 Step 3 and make sure to follow all the way through PART 2 to create the Presets again, that is the only way the printer will work after installation. Again, any issues can be emailed to instaarit@colorado.edu

Copying
For photocopying, use your CU employee ID number as your password.
Scanning
Instructions for use of the scanning function are posted on the walls above the photocopiers. Each INSTAAR member should have a login on the photocopiers that can be used for scanning. Use your CU employee ID number as your password. Scans are sent to your email address.
