New Term Limits for Post Docs

HRL Office Hours
The HRSC will be hosting a new monthly meeting called HRL Office Hours, where we will be going over topics and presentations that will vary each month.聽
The first HRL Office Hours will be focused on HCM Reports and Queries and will be held on 11/16/21 at 2:00 PM (via Zoom link to come).聽
Each meeting will on average run for around 30 minutes, and are optional to attend.
The HRSC will also be recording and uploading these meetings in the hopes that they can be utilized as resources for the future.
Start Dates for 麻豆淫院
When hiring student employees please remember to make their start date effective when they are set to begin training. Please remember to include all hours attending training and orientations. We have seen an influx in hires requested with the incorrect date which creates additional work and can cause non-compliance with their federal I-9.聽聽
Student Assistant Termination Tickets
The HRSC is in the process of cleaning up department rosters. We are reaching out with a roster to review and return by EOB 11/12/21. Please reach out with any questions and thank you for your collaboration on this clean-up effort!聽
Spring Requests
Spring is fast approaching as are the holidays. Please send us spring hiring paperwork as soon as possible so that we can begin entering before the busy holiday season. We will be operating on a first in first out basis.
