If you have any spring semester hires, changes, position updates, etc. please send them in once you’re ready!Ìý The sooner we receive them, the easier it is for us to prioritize and get things in early and proactively.Ìý It also allows any new faculty or employees to get access early enough to prepare for spring courses and for our team to prepare around the holidays.
If transactions are submitted to the HRSC before any of the designated deadlines (most importantly Monthly), we guaranteeÌýit will be completed before the HCM/ES deadline.Ìý
If transactions are notÌýsubmitted to the HRSC before any of the designated deadlines, we will guarantee that they’ll be paid on time, but it may occur after the HCM/ES deadline and be paid in an off-cycle process.Ìý
When the Chancellor decides to close or not open the campus, administrative leave is granted to regular employees for their scheduled work hours during the period of closure.
