Leave Certification

• Leave certification will open in the portal on September 8, 2020 and close on Oct 25, 2020. Please check your leave balances and make sure your leave has been certified and approved by October 25th.听

Faculty MyCUinfo Portal聽Election

• The portal election for current faculty members will default to what was elected in AY20. If a faculty member would like to change to a 9x9 or 9x12 they must do so in the portal by clost of business on July 10, 2020.听
• New faculty members will need to complete a 聽which will be sent to HRSC@colorado.edu for hiring.听

August Hiring Deadlines

• August hirese are due on July 17th聽
• Please remember to complete and attach the hiring approval form for all positions requiring Officer or Cabinet approval.听

Furlough and MyLeave

• Employees should continue to work with their supervisors while taking Furlough leave.听
• MyLeave鈥檚 capabilities only allow Furlough leave to be marked as 鈥渢aken.鈥� In order for supervisors to see Furlough Leave that is entered they need to turn on supervisor email alerts in preferences.
