Communication Reminder

Summer Salary Spreadsheet Update
- Our summer salary spreadsheet has been updated and is now available on our website. If you have faculty receiving a salary increase in the Fall, please make sure you use the newest summer salary spreadsheet.聽聽
Research Faculty Reminders
- Research Faculty performance evaluations are due back to resfachr@colorado.edu on September 12th, 2022. Please reach out to resfachr@colorado.edu with any questions.聽
- Offer letters and the position checklist are updated on the website; please use the most updated versions.
2022 Fiscal Year-End
Leave Sweeps
- University staff and 12-month faculty聽can carry up to 352 hours (44 days) of vacation leave from one fiscal year into the next. Those with a balance of over 352 hours on July 1, 2022, will lose excess hours during the annual leave sweep performed after July monthly payroll.
- Excess leave hours may also be donated to the Leave Sharing Program.

Faculty Admin Appointments
- Please send in Admin Appointment paperwork as soon as possible to prevent delays in payments. The HRSC will be pulling reports to terminate old Admin Appointments in the near future.

Classified Merit
- Classified merit uploads have been completed. If there are any questions related to the merit upload, please contact Kym Calvo.
Faculty Contract Election
- With Fall approaching, all new faculty hires will need to fill out a contract election form. The Faculty Contract Election Form can be found on our website. Current faculty will be able to elect on the portal.
Fall Requests
- Fall is fast approaching! Please submit your hires to HRSC@colorado.edu as early as possible to help us proactively enter all Fall appointments into the system.
