Please send us spring hiring paperwork as soon as possible so we can do our best to get all submissions entered by the January payroll. We will be operating on a first-in, first-out basis.
If a new employee needs access for the upcoming Spring semester please indicate in the ticket or spreadsheet that Spring access is needed.
Check Pull Deadline
If you encounter a pay discrepancy requiring a check pull, please notify the HRSC by end of business, January 25th.
Review your Rosters
Prior to the payroll deadline, please review your rosters for any temporary pay for University Staff employees that will extend past January 1st.
Following the monthly payroll, please review your rosters for the correct merit increases. If you see any discrepancies please contact HRSC@colorado.edu.
Temporary Staff
Please collaborate with the talent acquisition team for any student employees who are graduating and being considered for employment in a temporary staff appointment. As a reminder, employees should not start working in their temporary position until the hiring process has been completed. Due to compliance rules, an employee must be fully hired and in the system to work.
This month, the HRL Office Hours will be focusing on HRSC RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and the importance of data integrity. Please plan to attend this office hour so we can provide you with process updates regarding HRSC RPA and go over spreadsheet accuracy. We are happy to answer any questions you have at the end of the meeting! More details and an invite to come!
