- January 2022 was the busiest start of the spring semester to date. With multiple new processes and protocols, the HRSC and campus as a whole stayed very busy. Thank you all so much for your collaboration and patience with the issues that came up!Â
Department Clean-Up
- Department clean-up will begin after February monthly payroll processes. Please be on the lookout for department rosters to review.Â
HRL Office Hours
- February office hours will take place on 02/21/22.
- This month's topic is “Monthly, Contracts, Stipends- What’s the difference?†Alec will provide insight into the key differences between similar appointments. Please attend if you would like to hear more!Â
Temporary Faculty Increases
- Please review your February registers for temporary faculty 3% increases and continue to reference the following website for any and all questions.
Review your rosters
- Please review your department rosters and check for the correct 3% merit increases.
- Additionally, please confirm that employees are receiving their proper temporary pay.Â
Faculty Summer Salary:
- Save the date for 2022 Faculty Summer Salary sessions:
- Tuesday, March 1: 2 -3:30 pm
- Friday, March 11: 1:30-3:00 pm
- A follow-up email will be sent with meeting invites and more information!
Personnel Updates:Â
- We wish Sarahi Guiterrez and Delaney Malone the best of luck in their future endeavors, as both have parted with the HRSC as of 2/4.Â
- Please wish Aileen Ayala and Grace Stringfellow a goodbye as they are parting ways with the HRSC and starting new chapters at the end of this month.
- We are happy to announce that two new employees will be starting on 02/21/22. Please extend warm welcomes to Kaylee Fowler and Shannon Thomas once they begin!
