If your department has any active graduate student appointments with expired end dates, your coordinator will be sending a list of names for review. If you do not want these appointments terminated, please send in a ticket by COB 3/17/23. The HRSC will be terminating these appointments during the week of 3/20/23.
Non-MyLeave Users
As part of the MyLeave Replacement Initiative, we are seeking out all Boulder units that currently utilize, or plan to utilize, a time tracking process other than MyLeave.
We would like to know about whatever tool, system, software or process that your unit (or subset of your unit) utilizes in place of MyLeave, including handwritten or electronic spreadsheets, time clocks or punch stations, free or paid software, etc.Ìý
For any units that utilize a process other than MyLeave for time tracking, please complete the quick one-minute survey HERE.
Recruitment Process
If you have any student employees that are graduating that you would like to hire into a temporary position, please work with recruitment to get them hired per the updated recruiting process. As a reminder, per compliance rules, employees should not start working in their temporary position until they have been fully hired and are in the system.Ìý
