Action Items
- Review classified compensation in your department for errors that may have occurred during the merit upload. If you have any questions, please reach out to Kym Calvo or Yolanda Encinas.
- Review student assistant compensation in your department for errors that may have occurred during the Employee Services minimum wage upload. Please send questions and requests to HRSC@colorado.edu and keep the new minimum wage in mind for all new hires and pay rate changes.
- Review funding and project end dates for speed types in your department. Expired end dates could cause funding to post to a suspense account. The most helpful HCM queries for this review are: “Funding Distribution” (positions with incumbents) and “Position Funding” (all active positions). Your area accountant may change the “project” end date. Send all “funding” end date requests to HRSC@colorado.edu.
- Submit remaining Faculty Admin Appointment requests to HRSC@colorado.edu. You should have received an email a few weeks ago from your HRSC coordinator containing a list of rostered admin. If you haven’t done so already, please respond with change requests (terminations, reappointments, etc.) as soon as possible to prevent delays in payment.
- Submit fall requests to HRSC@colorado.edu as early as possible to help us proactively enter all fall appointments into the system.

Monthly Encouragement
“Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer's day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time." - John Lubbock
