Certify your leave
The leave certification process is now live. Please follow these听听provided by Employee Services to certify your leave by August 31, 2023.
If you or an employee believe there is a discrepancy in your available accrual balances, please send a dispute leave audit request to听HRSC@colorado.edu.听
Faculty Admin Appointments
Please send in Faculty Admin Appointment paperwork or updates as soon as possible to prevent delays in access and payments. Please visit our听飞别产蝉颈迟别听and use our Faculty Admin spreadsheet for new hires and reappointments.
Semester Hire Updates
Please submit graduate student and lecturer hires on semester contracts only. If you have specific questions about this process, please submit a request to听HRSC@colorado.edu.
Action Items
Review employee rosters at the end of August to ensure compensation and appointment details are correct. This step is especially important for permanent faculty that may be on leave or sabbatical during fall 2023, as compensation may need to be reduced before the individual is overpaid.
