Check Re-Issue Reminder
- Please ensure that employees are providing accurate addresses and/or direct deposit information as it can take up to 10 business days for a mailed check to reach its destination. Additionally, the HRSC is unable to reissue a check until 10 business days have passed since the original check was distributed.
Recruitment Process Reminder聽
- If you have any student employees that are graduating that you would like to hire into a temporary position, please work with recruitment to get them hired per the updated recruiting process. As a reminder, per compliance rules, employees should not start working in their temporary position until they have been fully hired and are in the system.
Action Items
- Lecturer Summer Benefits: if your department has any active lecturer appointments, you will soon receive a roster for review. Please reply to HRSC@colorado.edu by EOD May 21, 2024, with the names of anyone who should be placed on a short work break (SWB) over the summer. Anyone with an expired spring 2024 contract who is not placed on SWB will be terminated in May.
- Start submitting summer 2024 offer letters and spreadsheets. It鈥檚 never too early, and summer will be here before we know it!
