Here are the updated materials, resources, and information for Faculty 2023 Summer Salary Materials. Be please aware of the following changes:
- With mid-AY increases (merit, compression), please use the HCM IBS page to check for the correct values to apply for the effective 8/15/22 and effective 1/9/23 dates.听
- There are now 8 speedtype lines for funding distribution.
- A reminder on procedural items:
- If there are changes to compensation amounts on the request form, there must be an amended version signed.听This summer request form听acts as the offer letter for research activities and must be accurate.听If there are changes in speedtype听but not compensation, there is no requirement to adjust the form but is听still recommended to do so.听
- Please use the compensation planning tool for any summer activities for faculty (teaching, research, or other), but the request form is only needed for research activities.听
