Organization and Employee Development in Human Resources is launching听Crucial Consultations, a new no-cost service to support you in applying the skills you learned in your Crucial Conversation training.听
By attending a Crucial Consultation, you will be able to:听听
- Identify where you're stuck in your current conversation.听听
- Recall different Crucial Conversation skills.听听
- Plan and prepare for an upcoming Crucial Conversation.听
The Crucial Consultation is an individual session led by a certified Crucial Conversation facilitator. Use your Crucial Conversation skills to remain in dialogue during challenging and difficult interactions with your colleagues, family, or friends.听
