The HR Service Center (HRSC) and the leave administration teams are currently experiencing significant system outages with our ticketing system, Cherwell.Â
These outages impact our ability to:
- Reply via Cherwell on any active tickets
- Update ticket status
- Close tickets when completed
The HRSC Customer Portal is still operational, but there will be no updates to your tickets today. You are still able to submit tickets via the portal or email, and we are still able to see and work on them – but not communicate back.Â
The HRSC team is focused on completing all transactions before today’s monthly payroll deadline. If any are missed, though not anticipated, we will meet the off-cycle deadline of Tuesday, Jan 28th which will have the same pay date as monthly deadline of January 31st. Â
