Winner of the SHRM Pegasus Award for HR Leadership and Innovation, Gail Tolbert is an accomplished Strategic Business & Human Resources professional as well as an Executive Coach, with over 25 years of experience in the HR field.
Gail holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emory University as well as a Master of Science in HR Management from Georgia State University's, J. Mack Robinson College of Business. While pursuing her graduate degree at Georgia State, Gail was the recipient of the Key Scholarship Award for Academic Excellence and HR Leadership from the Bebee Institute of Personnel and Employee Relations.
In October of 2019, Gail made her writing debut, along with 17 other business leaders, publishing "Money Matters: World's Leading Entrepreneurs Reveal Their Top Tips to Success (Business Leaders Vol.2)", with author Adam Torres, in which she shares her insights on leadership. Gail is a Certified Partner and Practitioner of Predictive Index behavioral and cognitive assessments. Additionally, she is a Certified High-Performance Coach through renowned personal development coach, Brendon Burchard.
