Employee Learning Week is an annual, global celebration of life-long learning in organizations. The Department of Human Resources is offering a free week of professional development opportunities for all CU Boulder employees.Â
Pat O’Rourke, Interim Chief Operating Officer, is encouraging campus employees to participate in the learning opportunities at our third annual employee learning week.
“CU Boulder is a place of education—for students, faculty and staff alike. I hope these resources provide an opportunity to take what you’ve learned in these challenging times and make a difference going forward in your careers. Keep aspiring, define your goals, and create opportunities, because our campus succeeds when you succeed.â€
Registration is still open for action-based sessions to gain strategies you can apply to your work and personal life today. Create a learning journey through learning tracks or design your own for the week.Â
Participate this week and win!
Anyone who attends a session will be entered into a drawing to win a free seat (up to $250 value) in one of our live-online courses. Participants can choose to attend: Getting Things Done, Crucial Conversations, or Crucial Accountability. The winner will be emailed at the end of the week and will be announced in the CU Boulder Today.Â
