Enroll in or waive your health, vision, dental, and retirement benefits through your MyCUinfo Portal. Your benefits eligibility begins on your official start date.

The Employee Services group at the Systems Administration offices in Denver manages benefits and Payroll for all four campuses of the University of Colorado

  • Benefits counselors are available by phone 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through FridayÌý 303-860-4200 or employeeservices@cu.edu.
  • Sign up for an in-person held the 2nd and 4th Thursdays on the Boulder campus.

ÌýRequired Training
Please be sure you’ve completed the required online trainings through the SkillSoft system:

  • Discrimination and Harassment – Boulder Campus
  • Information Privacy and Security
  • Fiscal Code of Ethics - Required for most positions, recommended for all
  • Performance Management Training for supervisors of Classified Staff

If you need access to HCM, FIN, CU-SIS or department-specific systems (Such as FAMIS, Advance, etc.), additional trainings are required. If there are trainings you still need to complete, work with your supervisor to create a plan to complete the trainings.

ÌýPerformance Plan/ Check-ins with your Supervisor

  • Your supervisor will discuss your performance plan with you. This plan will help you understand what’s expected of you in your role how to be successful.
  • Are you having regular check-ins with your supervisor? Be sure to schedule time to continue learning what your supervisor’s expectations are for you in your new role.

ÌýOngoing Support
We encourage you to ask questions of your colleagues and supervisor as you’re getting up to speed. It’s ok to ask for help and clarification – we understand the CU Boulder is a large institution and it takes time to learn. If you’re not sure who to ask for help, start with your supervisor.
