Your mental health is a priority. We're here to support you.

Our team is comprised of licensed therapists, doctoral psychology interns and social work fellows. We support students at Wardenburg Health Center, including stress management, goal setting, ongoing mental health support and more.

Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled in the MyCUHealth Portal. All cancellations must be made by 5 p.m. the business day before your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $60 charge.

Brief Intervention  

We can help you address common concerns like stress, anxiety and panic, depression, grief and loss, loneliness and isolation, sleep issues and self-harm. You’ll be able to leave your appointment with tangible skills and next steps. 

Crisis Care  

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, we are here to help you navigate your way through the crisis and plan next steps. 

Goal Setting 

​If you’re having challenges meeting your goals, we can help you learn how to set realistic goals and stay motivated to reach them. 

Medical Concerns 

Medical diagnoses and concerns can impact your mental health. That’s why we’re here to help you through emotional distress following a recent experience or diagnosis.  

Mental Health Assessments 

We can provide mental health assessments to help you identify mental health concerns and work with you to plan next steps.  

Workshops and Groups

We provide free, weekly workshops and groups for students to get support for chronic conditions and learn self-care strategies. Workshops and groups are virtual.

What to Expect   

During your appointment at Wardenburg Health Center, your provider may recommend speaking to a behavioral health provider. You can also request to speak with a provider. 

All visits with behavioral health providers are free to students receiving care through Medical Services.

Our team works with specialty areas within Wardenburg to help provide the best care possible. This allows our providers to consult with doctors and nurse practitioners to provide comprehensive care that meets your unique needs.

Ongoing Support and Resources
