Immunizations

All students must submit proof of required vaccinations and complete a tuberculosis screening questionnaire.

Please note: Â鶹ÒùÔº and auditors will not be able to register for spring 2025 courses until the immunization requirements are completed. 

Failure to complete the requirement by the census (Sept.13) will result in a registration hold.
