Faculty and staff are invited to participate in the Healthier U at CU Employee Benefits and Wellness Fair on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at the University Memorial Center (UMC). This fair will include information about benefits, programs and resources available to faculty and staff on campus and in the community.

Faculty and staff yoga
Staff and faculty joined an all-level yoga class.
Faculty and staff flu shots
Medical Services provided free flu shots for all staff and faculty.
Acupuncture ear seeds
Faculty and staff had access to free ear-seeding sessions.Ìý
Chair massages
Faculty and staff had the opportunity to sign up for chair massages from Medical Services.
Meal kit distribution
The Basic Needs Center distributed meal kits toÌý100 faculty and staff.
