The Center forÌýStudent Involvement (CSI)Ìýis a service department of the University of Colorado Boulder Student Government (CUSG) within the Division of Student Affairs.ÌýWe cultivateÌýanÌýenvironment for building vibrant, engaging and safe communitiesÌýthrough programming, leadership development, cultural awarenessÌýand learning opportunities.

Traumatic events happen every day in all communities and CU’s community is not exempt. Impact can vary and OVA strives to mitigate the impact of traumatic experiences by decreasing barriers and empowering victims/survivors in making informed decisions by providing free and confidential trauma informed services. OVA providesÌýfree and confidential information, consultation, support, advocacy and short-term counseling services to University of Colorado Boulder students, faculty and staff who have experienced a traumatic, disturbing or life-disruptive event.ÌýOVA isÌýnotÌýpart of the police department or the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC), and isÌýconfidentialÌýresource for students, staff and faculty.Ìý

The Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC) enforces the University of Colorado Sexual Misconduct Policy, the University of Colorado BoulderÌýDiscrimination and Harassment Policies and Procedures, and the University of Colorado Policy on Conflict of Interest in Cases of Amorous Relationships. OIEC will address all complaints of discrimination and harassment for the CU Boulder campus using the methods described in OIEC's Process and Procedures. The ExecutiveÌýDirector of OIEC, on behalf of the entire OIEC team, serves as the campus Title IX Coordinator for CU Boulder.

CAPSÌýoffers confidential, on-campus mental health and psychiatric services for a variety of concerns such as academics, anxiety, body image, depression, relationships, substance use and more. We offer services in three locations on campus at Wardenburg Health Center, the Center for Community (C4C) and the Health and Counseling Clinic (HCC) in the Village Center at Williams Village.

Health Promotion provides outreachÌýand education on a variety of health topics. We support students in learningÌýskills to make informed decisions about their health to help them succeed while in school and beyond.ÌýHealth PromotionÌýcollaborates with student groups and campus departments in providing programs and services that positively influence student health. Our workshops can beÌýrequested by student groups,Ìýresidence halls and other campus organizations.

The University of Colorado Boulder Police Department is a full-service police agency providing community-based public safety services to a diverse community of 36,000 affiliates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year long. Every year the department responds to approximately 20,000 calls for service. Patrolling the campus by foot, bicycle, motorcycle and vehicle, the CU Boulder police work diligently with the university community and surrounding agencies to ensure a prompt and coordinated law enforcement response.
