Shruthi Jagadeesh听has听been selected as a recipient of a听Spring 2021听Graduate Part Time Instructor Appreciation Award. The Geography听department nominated her for this award in recognition of how she has risen to the challenges presented by teaching during the pandemic.听
Shruthi is a PhD student of Geography. She received an听MA from the听University of Colorado Boulder in 2020. Her interests include Political Ecology, development, indigenous communities, and conservation. Environment-Society is her area of focus in Geography.听She is advised by Mara Goldman.听
