Extreme Ownership is a 12 week leadership development program for I&S staff. Extreme Ownership is a leadership training program based on the New York Times bestselling book written by two Ex-Navy SEALS, Jocko Willink and Lief Babin. In Extreme Ownership, Jocko and Lief share Navy SEAL combat stories that translate into lessons for business and for life.

We chose Extreme Ownership as a leadership development platform because the leadership principles are sound with proven results across multiple industries. We recognize that Extreme Ownership is unlike any leadership development training currently being offered in higher education. The concept is simple: As a leader in the workplace, in your home, in your community, and of your own life, you’re responsible for everything that happens. While the concept is simple, applying it to real life scenarios takes work as well as a commitment from you to take Extreme Ownership of everything in your world.
