Mark, originallyÌýfrom Briarcliff Manor, NY, obntained his PhD in Summer 2022.ÌýHe holds a BSc. in Aerospace Engineering and a BSc. in Astronomy from the University of Maryland, and wasÌýsupported by the NASA Space Technology Research Fellowship that he was awarded in 2018. During his PhD,ÌýMark studied the highly perturbed orbital environmentÌýat active comets with applications to mission planning, operations, and science.
