Wellness

wellness (n.): the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.  

As we approach mid-semester, remember that there are resources available if you are experiencing imbalance, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or otherwise feel that you need to seek help. ENVD and CU Boulder provide safe spaces of support, regardless of your gender, racial and cultural identity, sexual orientation, and religious and economic background. Your health and well-being are important to us! The following resources are available:
