Professor Amir Behzadan, of CU Boulder鈥檚 Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering, hosted a workshop where participants were introduced to human-centered AI applications in disaster management and encouraged to work toward ways to adopt AI-informed solutions.

Civil engineering major Gabrielle Dunn鈥檚 dedication to academic, personal and professional development, as well as to support her peers, has earned her the 2024 Outstanding Undergraduate of the College award.

Professor Al Gasiewski was presented the Golden Florin award from the IEEE in recognition for his more than 40 years of outstanding contributions in passive microwave remote sensing research.
