Research and Evaluation Methodology
Nicolás Buchbinder is a PhD student in Research and Evaluation Methodology at the School of Education of the University of Colorado Boulder. His interests are related to program evaluation and measurement of foundational skills in international settings. He has worked and consulted for organizations such as the People’s Action for Learning (PAL) Network, the Global Education Monitoring Report (GEMR), the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), and the InterAmerican Development Bank (IDB). Nicolás holds a BA in Education from the University of Buenos Aires and a M.Ed. from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
