Seth joined the University of Colorado Boulder in June 2023 and currently serves as assistant director of access services. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Applied Psychology from Carson-Newman University, followed by a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Prior to joining CU Boulder, Seth held positions assisting students with disabilities at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and the University of Vermont. Seth’s areas of professional interest include working with first-generation students, advocating for the LGBTQ+ community and acknowledging the intersectionality of these identities and disability. He enjoys traveling, country line-dancing, video games, the outdoors and spending time with his partner and miniature schnauzer, Emma.
