Education and experience

Prior to joining CU Boulder, Kacey attended Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Science in wildlife ecology and a minor in bioenvironmental sciences in 2018.

While in school, Kacey was heavily involved in the organization Project Sunshine which provides events and activities to people with disabilities. Her last few years in the club were spent as the event director in which she prepared the event logistics and led a large team of volunteers to provide positive and uplifting experiences to the attendees.

After college, Kacey worked as the operations manager at a wolf sanctuary located in Southern Colorado, where she resided for two years until moving to the Denver area. Â
