The College of Media, Communication and Information and (JPL) are sponsoring a for students interested in learning the basics of high speed camera photography and post-production workflow. With application potential in the areas of art, research, filmmaking, military, engineeringÌýand broadcasting -- come learn how this technique can benefit your area of study. The workshop will be led by Josh Krohn, an award winning filmmaker and Imaging Specialist from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
Upon completing a Masters in Television, FilmÌýand New Media, Josh Krohn specialized in high-speed imaging in Los Angeles. His work has appeared on the National Geographic Channel, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Discovery ChannelÌýas well as dozens of music videos and commercials. Josh also works full-time at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory as an Imaging Specialist testing spacecraft technology.
