Michael Drews
Michael Drews is the Chief Engineer Vice President for LM Space. He’s helped engineer multiple generation systems that pushed boundaries in national aerospace capabilities. Before joining LM in 2000, he began his career at NASA Ames Research Center, and worked in two other companies in Silicon Valley in the 1990’s, one of which he co-founded. He’s the passionate innovator of a multi-generational STEM event called STEMScape, for which he won the 2021 AAS Sally Ride Excellence in Education Award. He was also awarded the 2018 AIAA Rocky Mountain Chapter Engineer of the Year and has been active contributor/chapter office for AAS, AIAA, and IEEE.
