Research Interests:My research interests fall within the domains of clinical and health psychology, and concern the development of theory-based behavioral interventions targeting mental and physical health disparities observed among women. I am particularly interested in how behaviors with high transdiagnostic treatment potential (e.g., cardiorespiratory exercise) are adopted and maintained over time, and how those behaviors may be integrated with current best practices for reducing and treating negative health outcomes.
About Me:I’m from Northern New England, and thus embody all the best New England stereotypes (Go Sox & PATS!!). In my “free time” away from the psych building, I try to be outside as much as possible skiing, hiking, cycling, and dog walking. I am currently completing my residency in clinical psychology at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University in the Behavioral Medicine track.
