Come and join us to learn how to subtitle your favorite anime! JVTA (Japan Visualmedia Translation Academy), the experts of translating Japanese content for worldwide audience, will be your instructor.Â
Using popular Japanese animated films such as Studio Ghibli's movie "Spirited Away", they will demonstrate how to create subtitles, have the characters speak naturally in English while remembering to make the context understandable for viewers.
All materials are provided with word-to-word translation, so don't worry about your Japanese level (No experience, no problem!). This virtual event is open to everyone, ages 18 and up.
Learn in a fun and relaxed atmosphere with two of JVTA's experienced instructors from Tokyo: Ishii-sensei and Bill-sensei!
