The Leeds Business Insights podcast is back for its third season, offering listeners even more thought-provoking conversations with Leeds alumni, faculty and friends when it premieres on Wednesday, March 15.
Industry leaders and researchers sharing their expertise on the new season include:
- Alexis Walsko (Bus’99), founder of digital public relations firm Lola Red, which has collaborated with companies such as Disney, Lucas Films, Red Bull and many more. Alexis discusses the latest trends in digital PR, including influencer marketing. Ìý
- Ashish Kothari, Leeds board member and the founder of Happiness Squad, which aims to help individuals and organizations build habits that contribute to happiness. He explains the science of happiness and shares principles to build environments in which people flourish.
- Richard Wobbekind and Brian Lewandowski,Ìýleaders of Leeds’ Business Research Division. They return to break down what to expect from Colorado’s economy based on the latest forecasting.
- Alixandra Barasch, an associate professor of marketing who studies how new technologies are fundamentally reshaping consumer behavior and well-being. Alix talks about what makes a consumer enjoy their experience and what it means to view yourself as a brand.
- Brock Weatherup (Bus’94), operation partner at asset management firm MidOcean Partners. He dives into how a life-changing diagnosis caused him to pause and consider the business of life.
