Stratton R. Heath, III is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 2002. At Oak Hill, he serves as the firm’s Capital Markets Partner and is a member of the Executive, Investment and Operations Committees. Until 2015, Mr. Heath also served as the CFO of Keystone Group, L.P. where he was the senior financial officer for Robert M. Bass, who founded Oak Hill. Prior to joining Oak Hill and Keystone, he had a 15-year banking career with The Bank of New York and affiliates thereof that included founding and managing a sponsor leveraged finance business and a private equity and mezzanine principal investment business. Mr. Heath received a BS degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Colorado at Boulder Leeds School of Business, where he serves on the Board of Alumni and Friends, and a MBA degree from the Columbia Business School, where he received the Award for Excellence.
