Braden Mark is a partner with KPMG based in Denver, where he serves as the Advisory practice leader for the Colorado market. He has over twenty-two years of client service experience, including the last eighteen advising clients through the complexities of the investment lifecycle; including M&A strategy development and target identification, synergy and target operating model assessments, diligence, deal close, and post-close integration. Over his career, Braden has been based in four KPMG offices and has worked in over 30 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia. He started his career in KPMG Denver’s Audit practice, serving several global clients. He subsequently spent over three years in the Zurich, Switzerland providing a wide variety of audit and advisory services to multinational clients; followed by assignments in New York and San Francisco; and returning to Denver in 2015 to lead KPMG’s local growth efforts for their Deal Advisory & Strategy practice. Braden’s other leadership roles at KPMG include:ÌýÌýU.S. Sector Leader for the Travel, Leisure, and Hospitality industry; National Lead Partner for Campus Recruiting (Deal Advisory & Strategy practice); and National Chair of the InterFaith Business Resource Group.
Braden is active in the community having served in board and volunteer leadership roles at: Ronald McDonald House board, Boulder Economic Counsel, Fellowship of Christian Athletes board of directors, A Precisious Child liaison to KPMG, and Grace Commons Church board of elders. Braden is a third generation Buff alumn, having graduated from the Leeds School of Business in 2002. Braden and his wife Anna (Psychology ’03) live in Boulder with their three daughters, Emery, Addie, & Harper. All are diehard Buff fans!
