- The CU/CMU Partnership honors the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) and Mountains and Plains (M&P) Tuition Discount Program which allows domestic nonresident students to pay 150% of in-state tuition based on state of residence. It is awarded via a scholarship directly from the College of Engineering and Applied Science and is available only for students participating in the partnership program. The University of Colorado Boulder as a whole does not participate in the WUE or M&P program. Information on eligibility can be found on website.
