Babatunde Adegoke received a听Bachelor of Science听in statistics from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State of Nigeria. Shortly after graduating, he worked with Connected Development (Follow the Money) as a听community manager,听focusing听on product design and assisting听the communications team. He helped in the design and integration听of the biggest online community dedicated to transparency and accountability, helping听the organization expand听across Nigeria and into Africa. Through his childhood in the villages of Southwest Nigeria听and his experience with Follow the Money helping to听empower rural communities, he has developed a keen awareness of how ICT can support the growth of communities in developing countries.
