CAPS offers a range of mental health services tailored to fit the needs of CU Boulder students. Take advantage of offerings like WellTrack, group therapy, psychiatry, Academic Live Care, Let’s Talk, workshops, short-term individual therapy and more.

The College of Arts and Sciences is CU’s largest undergraduate college, with over 60 academic programs.

We are proud to share that students within this college are advocates for self-care and wellness as they compose more thanÌý70% of the students whoÌýuse CAPS services.

CU Boulder Telehealth by AcademicLiveCare (CUTALC) is a telehealth platform that allows you to schedule and attend metal health appointments 24/7 from a smartphone, computer or other mobile device. It’s free for all CU Boulder students. You can schedule virtual visits with licensed psychologists, counselors, psychiatrists or other providers. AcademicLiveCare is not crisis or emergency care.
