Personnel Administration, Senior Human Resources Manager/Appointing Authority
Responsibilities:
- Performance Management (Staff)
- Serves as college point of contact for questions related to staff performance management process and related policies
- Receives and processes performance management plans and evaluations from Units
- Submits completed performance management documents to Campus Human Resources Employee Relations
- Faculty Evaluation & Merit
- Dispute Resolution—Grievances (Step 1) and Disputes (Step 1) (Staff)
- Progressive Discipline (Staff)
- Resignations and Retirements (Staff)
- Works with the Director of Personnel to initiate close out protocol with employee, supervisor, Human Resources Service Center and Dean's Office
- Processes the vacancy for position review or fill initiation
- Policy Consultation (Staff)
