Comment:Ìý Moving forward, we need to change the promotion and tenure process.Ìý We need think about what scholarship and teaching will look like in 10 years.Ìý We should look at impact, innovation, and the transformation of society.
Q:Ìý How are the Regents involved in AF?
- ÌýThey are not directly involved as this is a campus conversation.Ìý We always make sure our processes and policies are aligned with Regent laws, rules, and policies.

ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý A.Ìý They provide individuals or groups to provide fuller, more detailed accounts of themes or issues they wish AF to tackle.Ìý They will inform the work of the AF committee and may spark focused, facilitated conversations.
