Comment: We need a discussion on majors and degrees that we offer, especially in A&S. For example, you can get a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, but not Physics. We lose applicants when they know they cannot get a degree in the area of their interests.
Comment: We need a discussion on the best model for advising that targets student success (centralized vs. decentralized).
Comment: We need a discussion on A&S admissions and target students who want to pursue A&S degrees rather than overflow from other colleges.
Comment: We need to determine how we can use the institutes better and solve the inequities and barriers that exist.
Comment: We have had significant increases in faculty and students without increases in staff. We need to have a discussion about staffing models that can better support the departments.
Comment: There is no real mechanism for advancement for staff besides moving to other departments and roles. This creates a lot of movement of staff.
