Janet Braccio is the director of communications for academic affairs. In this role, she supports the senior director of communications and works collaboratively with the college and school communicators. She is a member of the executive communications team in Strategic Relations and Communications.

Prior to joining CU Boulder in 2017, Braccio was a public relations and media relations specialist and worked in corporate communications at Ball Aerospace. In Washington, DC, she worked in government affairs and for the U.S. House of Representatives.

Braccio earned an MA from the University of Colorado and a BA from Boston College.
